Last week, my boss brought me a plain folder a little while before we were scheduled to do my quarterly evaluation. She said that she wanted to give me a chance to look it over before we met. This wasn't completely unexpected, since we're just starting to use a new form and do quarterly evaluations in addition to annual ones.


Here's what was in the folder.


She colored it herself and changed the horse to a unicorn. Because I have the best boss ever.
